Rarity paint activator.

Developer cream is an activator for Rarity paints for eyebrow and eyelash styling treatments.

The oxidizer is specially designed in the form of a fine emulsion for an effective yet safe form of use. The stable activator does not change the pH of the dye, thereby ensuring intense and saturated color, acting gently on the hair structure.

> The 3% activator will perfectly cope with the preparation of dye for self-coloring of eyebrows or eyelashes. Using a stronger activator gives the effect of reflecting the pigment on the skin.

> The 1.5% activator will work well for laminating treatments, and for coloring damaged or previously bleached hair. It is also an alternative to the effect of mild natural eyebrows. In classic pigmentation, the reflection effect on the skin will be less visible.
