The products you ordered are not to your liking? No problem, in our store you have 21 days to cancel the contract.
How to make a return in a few, simple steps?
- You have 21 days to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, that is, your wish to return the purchased products. You will find your order number in your order confirmation email.

- Within 7 days of informing us about the return, send back the returned products. You can send back to us via https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl . In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
- Or send the products backat your expense to the address: Rarity sp. z o.o., Franciszka Barcza Street 48/2L, 10-685 Olsztyn. Remember to pack the goods in a safe way to protect them from damage in transit. We will be pleased if you use the original product protection.
- We will refund your money within 7 days from the day of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of return from you.
- Digital content and perishable products are not refundable.
- Products sold in sealed packages are not refundable if they have been unsealed by the customer. A return may also be refused by Us if it turns out that the products have been stored contrary to the recommendations which has affected their properties.
- Remember to pack the goods in a safe way to protect them from damage in transit. We will be pleased if you use the original protection of the products.
